By accessing or using Margati, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to these Terms. If you use Margati on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization. Your continued use of Margati after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Please check this page periodically for changes.
2. License to Use Margati
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Margati for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not: - Reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. - Use Margati for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
3. Service Disclaimer
Margati is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or continuously available. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
4. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: - Margati is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption. - Any claims must be reported within 30 days of occurrence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
5. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Margati. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our services. You agree not to: - Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content. - Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity. - Violate applicable laws or regulations, including data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Margati platform — including software, branding, trademarks, and design — are owned by Margati Inc. Content generated by Margati is for your personal or internal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used to build competing services. We may use your interactions, in anonymized form, to improve our models and systems.
7. Third-Party Services
Margati may integrate services provided by third parties (e.g., AI providers, payment processors). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Margati and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal fees arising from: - Your use or misuse of the platform. - Violation of these Terms. - Infringement of intellectual property or rights of others.
9. Modifications and Termination
We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we’ll provide reasonable notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion — especially in cases of abuse, violations of these Terms, or actions that compromise the platform’s integrity.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
11. Experimental Use / Beta Disclaimer
Margati is currently offered as a beta product and is under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice. We do not guarantee any particular output, and you should not rely on Margati for mission-critical decisions during this beta phase. Feedback and usage during this phase may be used to improve the product.
12. No Transfer of Intellectual Property
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or license to use Margati’s underlying technology, algorithms, or models beyond the limited usage rights provided above. You may not copy, extract, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform, including its prompts, responses, interface designs, or recommendation logic.
